Saturday Sailing 26th July 2014.

HOT, HOT, HOT
That summed today up.
The first job today was clearing as much floating weed as possible.
Tigger and the electric motor proved to be up to the task.
The star of todays sailing was Johns new model of a goose, yes you did read it right a goose, this was so realistic that after only being on the water for a matter of minutes it had a family of ducks following it as you can see in the pictures.
Despite the valiant of Carl and Tigger the weed got the better of the club 500 races, and the boats literally had to pit every lap.
Although this was a pain in the bum for the skippers it was great entertainment for those on the shore.
The pursuit gang were out in force, Paul tried out his new Leopard motor very fast.
Meanwhile Carl and Pat were trying their best to get the photographer wet. ( yours truly )
OK time for the pictures
Hope to see you soon
Mark Hough   Club Chairman.

Sorry for lack of post last week, but due to the full size F3 boats taking to the water over the weekend, we were not allowed to sail.
