I have now updated our clubs facebook page, to include a "Group forum page". I now provide this for all CMBC club members to freely use for all club items, be it sailing dates/updates, buys/sells, club meeting updates etc.
All you need to do is join facebook, then find our club page Chasewater Model Boat Club, click on the link to "join group" and i will add you, no problem.
I thought it may be an easier way to encourage club members communication, especially if setting up sailing meets, or if you were unable to attend, you can simply post to this page and then anyone viewing the page can see the update messages.
Hope it works, but need members to join it, saves on your phone bills !
