Brief note for the Blog
Wet morning start for our return leg of the 500 race at Aldridge Sat 30th to retain our honour.
We were welcomed by Brian & our hosts and the rain stopped.
We had a briefing on the rules and demonstration of their loud speaker race starter and timer and prepared for the 1st race at 10.30 prompt.
The teams were as follows, Brian took one for his team and kept score.

The 5 races of 4 minute duration were all pretty fair, mostly clean and hotly contested.
Our hosts provided free drinks during a 20 minute break after the 3 rd heat, thank you for that.
