"IF" we are only permitted to sail electric or steam powered model boats, would this electric tug be permitted. if the answer is yes, we could do with a good list of volunteers willing to start stringing the powerlines over the pool. I personally will tell everyone where "NOT" to walk in the water [ha ha]. lets just call it "experience".
