Apologies for delay in this post, but server access problems are beyond my control.
Saturday afternoon's sailing was a little on the quiet side [fortunately] I should add, as Some members arrival was a little delayed as we were collecting our recently refurbished "rescue boat". By Kind permission of the Chasewater Watersports centre, we can store this boat close to our boat launching jetty, so within easy reach for all club members who may need it.
The boat will be equipped with a set of paddles for emergency use, but when used on a club sailing session, the electric motor and drive battery will be on site too for an even speedier rescue of any stranded model boat.
