I am progressing steadily with my RMAS Moorhen build. Its not one of the fastest builds by any means or imagination [of which you need a lot]. I am having to work a great deal from photographs of the actual vessel as the plans supplied are "basic" to say the least.

This is the prototype version of powering the crane module. It may change drive mechanism yet, Im not sure untill fully tested out and I can incorporate the boom lifting gear too.
